Yes.  Once citizenship is acquired, it can be passed on to descendants.  Furthermore, when your children / grand children get married, they can pass on the citizenship to their spouses.
Yes. Subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned government at that time.  At present; except for Grenada, real estate can be resold to the subsequent buyer in five (5) years and will qualify for obtaining citizenship.

APPLICATION PROCESS FAQS

No. Applications for citizenship cannot be submitted directly by the applicants, and must be processed through an Authorized Government Agent.
Absolutely.  At GPS we start the application procedure with an agreement that ensures your Citizenship application will be processed in a confidential, professional, and timely manner.   As for Government review, the application process is strictly confidential, with no disclosure or exchange of information, except where necessary checks are to be carried out by an authorized due diligence agency.
Currently there is no mandatory interview requirement for the Citizenship by Investment Programs of Grenada, Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia.
Currently there is no requirement to travel to Grenada, Dominica, St Kitts and Nevis, and Saint Lucia as part of the application process.  St Kitts and Nevis, Grenada, Dominica and Saint Lucia also have no physical residency requirement.
In most Caribbean programs it is permitted to add new qualified dependents after the principal applicant’s citizenship has been granted.  To learn more please Contact Us.
